Because our items are 100% handcrafted and often custom-made to your specific requirements, our processing time differs from mass-produced goods:
- Lead Time: Most orders require 7 to 30 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workshop capacity.
- Consultation: As noted in our Terms of Service, specific timelines are confirmed during your pre-order consultation via WhatsApp or Email.
- Working Hours: We process orders and manage production from Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin their journey on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Charges

- Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
