Our products are 100% hand-woven by experienced artisans and local mothers. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Artisanal Variance: As each piece is handmade, slight variations in weave pattern and texture are hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.
  • Color Representation: We strive for accuracy, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of hand-dyed materials.

SECTION 2 – MANDATORY CONSULTATION & ORDERING

To ensure your satisfaction with a custom-made piece, we require the following:

  • Pre-Order Consultation: Customers must contact us via WhatsApp (+86 180 0760 9443) or Email (orientagar@outlook.com) to confirm styles, colors, lead times, and specific measurements before payment.
  • Default Orders: If an order is placed without prior communication, we will proceed with the standard color/style shown in the primary product image.
  • Production Timeline: Each piece requires 7 to 30 days to complete, depending on complexity. We will notify you of the specific lead time during consultation.

SECTION 3 – NO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the highly personalized and time-intensive nature of our hand-woven jewelry:

  • Final Sale: All custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

SECTION 4 – GENERAL CONDITIONS & ACCURACY

  • We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • The material on this site is for general information. While we bring 20+ years of expertise to our descriptions, we recommend consulting us directly via WhatsApp for the most precise product details.

SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price changes or discontinuance of specific hand-woven designs.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, especially if custom requirements cannot be met within the requested timeframe.

SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights (our unique weaving patterns and designs); (c) to submit false information; (d) to collect personal information of our artisan mothers.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not warrant that the quality of any products or information obtained by you will meet every subjective expectation, although we guarantee the highest standard of 20-year craftsmanship. In no case shall our directors, artisans, or the mothers in our studio be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Orientagar and our team of artisans harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
