1. Custom & Made-to-Order Policy
Since each accessory is handcrafted to your specific needs, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been processed. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
2. Required Consultation Before Ordering
To ensure you are completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind piece, we require all customers to contact us before placing an order to confirm:

- Color Selection
- Production Timeline (Lead Time)
- Any Personal Requirements

3. Orders Placed Without Consultation
If an order is placed without prior communication, the following terms will apply by default:
- Color: The item will be made in the exact color(s) shown in the primary product image.
- Lead Time: Production typically takes between 7 to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the design. We will notify you of the estimated completion date.
4. Damages and Issues
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and inspect every item before it leaves our studio. 5. Cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, our mothers have already begun the meticulous process of weaving your piece, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
